On an average, about 15% of fabric used in garment production is cut, discarded and wasted.
What if we can make good use of our own waste?

STORY ABOUT FABRIC WASTE

Waste include scraps, damaged or defective fabric samples, fabric selvages and leftover fabric from the cutting process. Then, sort out the fabric waste according to colors.

By sorting out into different colors, which mean no re-dying is required, saving energy and avoiding pollutants, these fabric waste will be shredded or pulled into fibers.

Fibre will then twist or spun into yarn, after go through the carding process, these yarn are finally ready to be knitted or weave as a NEW fabric.
